The inhouse recruitment for the candidates is done in the "Genixo Group of Companies". Further, the dedicated placement team at Genixo Education has also tied up with various organisations from different sectors across the globe to offer best placements for the skilled students.

How do we work?

Our dedicated placement team at Genixo Education will be exclusively working for the students' placements at Inhouse levels and also along with various recruiters and hiring managers across the organisations from the industry.

Our Process:

The requested candidates CVs will be collected and consolidated by our dedicated placement team.
We segregate and send the received CVs to the available vacancies in different organisations.
The interview call will be directly from the organisation and Genixo Education is not involved in any such call arrangements from organisations.
The selection process will be conducted as per the companies protocols and Genixo Education will not interfere in any selection process.
The service is completely "Free" and Genixo Education will not charge any amount for this service.
Genixo Education has no involvement in terms of Salary and Emoluments as it is completely dependent on the organization's decision.
The service is purely provided for the "Welfare of the Students" and "Career Enhancements" and make them to reach the pinnacle in their careers.
This service from Genixo Education is not compulsory or a committed service, this is only complementary in nature for the Genixo Education Students.
